This is a golden straw coloured beer with great head retention aided by the wheat in the grain bill.
Hopped with U.S. Cascade and New Zealand Rakau, for a refreshingly bitter yet slightly tropical and floral taste.
Hippy Chick
4.6% American Blonde
Approachable, smooth and balanced beer.
Easy drinking with Mosiac and Simcoe hops, this goes down a treat.
Hindsight
4.4% Session Strength IPA
Using amber along with quality pale malt we create a biscuity backdrop for this all British hopped IPA.
For bittering we use the classic East Kent Goldings but the star of the show is the new age Minstrel hop which provides a lovely citrus berry twang, this is complimented with two other new British hops, Olicana and Jester.
Jar Nektar
5.7% Saison
This rustic farmhouse saison is fruity, dry and well hopped with Jarrylo (named after a Slavic fertility god). Spicy pear and hints of banana with thirst quenching acidity.
Street Legal
4.7% American Pale Ale
One for the hop heads, using a combination of some of our favourite American hops for a big punchy citrus, pine and tropical fruit hit.
CTRL ALT DEL
3.8% Amber Ale
We use crystal and amber malts along with magnum and tomahawk hops. These combine well with a traditional English ale yeast for a slightly more fruity twist on a classic style.
Magic Porridge
4.7% Oatmeal Stout
Our no gimmick oatmeal stout, Dark but silky smooth, the oats give it a creamy taste that goes with the full roasted chocolate flavours.
Pink Sunshine
4.8% Raspberry & Elderflower Wheat beer
This one’s absolutely loaded with handpicked Perthshire raspberries, giving it a vibrant pink colour!
Hop additions have been dialled back and clean fermenting yeast used to allow the fruit flavours to shine. More reminiscent of a fruit champagne, Gorgeous.
Kendo
3.4% Dark Mild
The style had almost faded out of existence but we’re bringing this one back!
There’s a real need for a lower strength malt focused beer, its Kendo time!
Citra Storm
4.5% Pale Ale
A super juicy, citrus fruit burst. A real thirst quenching pale ale.
Groat
3.8% Golden Ale
Made with Barley, Wheat and Oats in the malt bill. Then Hopped with Ekuanot and Amarillo.
This is a well balanced session beer that should have wide appeal. Light & Zesty.
Sesh!
3.6% Sixty Shilling 60/-
Light in ABV% but not in colour or flavour this is a real malt monster.
B-Movie
4.1% Red Ale
A classic session Red, using the futuristic German Red-X malt and American and New Zealand hops.
Creature Feature
5.0% Black IPA
Using a black “midnight” wheat for a pitch black pale ale, complimented by late hop additions for an all out hop burst.
Bramble
4.7% BlackBerry porter
This is a rich deep brown porter infused with blackberries, still very much a proper porter rather than a fruit beer. The berries do provide a lovely fruity tartness.
White Out
4.0% Winter Blonde
Made with 50% Lager malt in the grain bill, a clean fermenting yeast and then cold conditioned this beer crosses the boundaries of ales and lagers.
Evil Red II
6.6% Groovy Imperial Red Ale
A rich deep blood red ale.
Hopped with Columbus and Simcoe.
Watch Out for this one, It’ll swallow your soul !!!
Resurrection
6.5% Scottish Sparkling Ale
A long forgotten beer style with no domestic examples currently in existence.
This was a Scottish bottle conditioned rival to the original English IPA’s.
A light coloured effervescent ale. Golden caramel flavours from an addition of unrefined dark sugars and lovely boozy undertones from the higher abv.
An absolute belter of a beer!
